Construction of a contemporary two-storey private residence with attic and basement in Vari, Attica.
The inspiration and the motivation of the architecture design was the outside environment. The property is not so large, so the living areas developed flowing with the garden. The house features an open plan living room – dining room, the kitchen and a W.C at the ground floor. At the first floor features two spacious children’s bedrooms, their bathroom and the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walking closet. In the attic, there is an ispirational working space with view to the sea.
The building has a storage space at the basement which connects to the rest of the house with the internal staircase.
